Jam ta cuisine was born from an idea, that of making your life smoother and simpler by freeing up a little time by concocting dishes, buffets and a range of culinary options adapted to your tastes.

I have always been a great seeker of novelty, pleasure and freedom. After traveling to a few countries, working on contracts in fruit picking and catering, I returned to Quebec during the pandemic. Having studied cooking at a young age, my passion for good food has never left me. It is with this desire to continue to reinvent myself and to work with enjoyment that I founded Jam ta cuisine.

To convey love and sharing through cuisine infused with freshness using local and organic ingredients as much as possible. Bringing people together around a good meal, contributing to precious moments and offering healthy alternatives for eating well, all while saving. Encourage people to treat themselves well.
